It would be a boring trip if she was just poking around a (really interesting) tree all day, so he's glad she's fine with putting that off.
After hearing about Aspio, he's not in any mood to see more ruins. ] It might be okay to take a few days' trip... And there'll be monsters along the way anyway.

N-no way. It was because of the blastia! They have, like...the remnants of a consciousness in them, and the tree must've brought it to life.
