"Do It For The Cake" Meme

Exactly what it says right there. Character A has a great plan to get free cake, and they need Character B's help to make it work! All they have to do is pretend to be engaged for a few hours, and they can both have some free wedding samples. Easy-peasy. Whether they're friends, strangers, or already married, for the next two hours, they're engaged and desperately need to test some cake samples. For their upcoming wedding, of course.

Now theoretically she could just use her powers to make herself look like an adult, and grab another adult to go with her. Sneaking in would be much more easy that way! But she'd rather not, that'd be lame. She can find another way! Like...grabbing that kid over there for a game of pretend.

And that's why she's now leading this totally lucky boy by the hand to a deliciously cake-filled future! By which I mean that signup table over there.]

About the only thing convincing about him as a fiancé was the fact he was blushing as she held his hand. Sure, neither of them were human, and she looked less human than he did, but they still looked young. ]

[If the folder wasn't enough to fool the vendor then, well, he was silly to think that he was actually clever. Maybe it was a little too much for supposedly free cake but notes were important especially since it'd be questionable to just come up rather unprepared. Or did couples do that? Nevertheless, he felt prepared. But then it was ridiculous that this much effort was being put into cake at all when there was no reason for it. There were worse things to be done that included finding an accomplice to lie for the cake.]

[ Tyr couldn't say he had many plans. When his usual hobbies included fishing and exploring, and the place they were now had a shortage of opportunities to do either of those things, he ended up spending a lot of his idle time sitting around and reading.
