"They don't?" Tyr frowned though it was almost a pout. So he couldn't be a dragon knight and a general if they didn't serve the empire or take outsiders.
But he had a plan.
"I'll be the first outsider they take in! They have to let me in! Then I can be a dragon knight and help the Empire."
This was a well thought out and fool-proof plan to Tyr.
