Gremio had Tyr's complete, rapt attention. At his age, Tyr didn't really know much better when Gremio did go off topic, either. The thought of dragon knights... It was hard for Tyr not to pipe up to say that he wants to be one even if he had no idea what that'd mean.

But he could be patient for the story. Mostly. Tyr's imagination painted the whole picture Gremio was giving to him, with the small group of soldiers gathered around his father (the greatest of the Great Generals, thank you) as the light was fading away... And a dragon was going to find him. That was a little scary, but he knew his Dad. If anyone could do it, it'd be him. Tyr couldn't hold back from chiming in any longer, "Was it the dragon's fiery breath that made it foggy?"
